59. Apathetic Advertising

Lazy Advertising

This is an example of lazy advertising. This beer ad is targeted towards men. It uses an attractive woman to get the men's attention. Is ad implies that of you drink this beer you will meet and get a girl like the woman featured in this ad. Also, the women's breasts are placed directly next to the glass of beer, directing the eye contact there.

58. Powerful Poetry?

The mind and heart creativity guest speakers were definitely an interesting way to start my day. They woke me up with their out of the box creative techniques. However, I found myself actually feeling rather uncomfortable with their lecture. I think it is because the lecture reminded me of one of those intense Christian religious preachings where people become so emotional and hold their hands up to heaven.

Also, I felt like what they were saying was more of a performance, than about the meaning of what they're saying. However, that could be due to me not understanding a word of what they were saying in the speeches. Pretty much all I gather was something about moms and their culture being felt behind.

57. Sanctimonious Shoes

Shoes are my heart & sole ;)
They can add a pop of color to your outfit, a pop of sass, a pop of sex appeal, a pop of athleticism, etc. It's all up to you and what you are going for with your outfit of choice.

56. Jaunty Jewels

I am a firm believer that jewelry can make or break an outfit. It can dress an outfit up, just as easily as it can dress an outfit down. There are those fabulous statement or designer pieces that catch everybody's eyes. There are also the subtle, little pieces that add a gentle and sweet factor to your look.

55. Phanny Packs

Thank God for fanny packs. They are the most underrated best invention ever.

I'm not really sure how fanny packs came to have such a negative connotation, other then the association of fanny packs with the horrific style decade of the eighties, but I won't let that stop me from professing my love for them.

Why I love fanny packs is if I go to Disneyland, a concert, or somewhere similar, a fanny pack is a godsend. You don't need to worry about dropping it, a strap falling off your shoulder, it being to heavy so it hurts your back, or someone grabbing it and running off. You can even conceal fanny packs from others to prevent pickpocketing. You can add character or a certain flair to your outfit. You can carry a surprising amount in a fanny pack. The best part, however, it that fanny packs come in all different colors, patters, sizes, basically however you want. So why all the hate?
